You wil leave this session with a greater understanding of your injury, a plan on how to get better and achieve your goals, as well as the initial exercises or steps required to immediately start treating the issue.

You are able to claim these sessions on private health insurance. Sessions are 45 minutes in length.
$40 single session , $195 for 6 sessions, $325 for 12 sessions

- Physio-led strength training
At Physioform we specialise in developing strength training programs for clients with complex pathologies or for those trying to manage multiple diagnosises. After an initial 60 minute appointment, we will use the information gained from your assessment to develop a personalised program for you, either a physical or digital copy, which you can use in your gym training.
- Physio-led group strength classes
At Physioform we have a small group strength class, which focuses on building strength and bone desnity in a safe and personalised way. Your class leader will use your information gained from your assessment to make sure that you are training at a level that maximises your performance but protects you from further or future injury.
- Remote gym programs for those with Chronic pain or extensive injuries
We provide telehealth services to help shape and adjust someones existing training program, to ensure that their exercises are suitable for your pathologies, goals and current capacity.
